Payment of the Registration Fee entitles the delegate to the following:
- To attend any Conference Session and Function.
- To receive ONE copy of conference proceedings, and ONE copy of each issue of Late Papers and Supplementary Papers.
- To receive light refreshments (tea or coffee and biscuits) during the morning and afternoon breaks of session.
- To receive the Buffet Lunch on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday mid-day during the conference period.

Payment of the Registration Fee entitles the accompanying person to the following:
- To attend any Conference Session and Function.
- To receive light refreshments (tea or coffee and biscuits) during the morning and afternoon breaks of session.
- To receive the Buffet Lunch on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday mid-day during the conference period.

Accommodation during the conference period is available on the Imperial College Campus, close by the Civil Engineering Lecture Theatre where the PIRT lectures will be held. Rooms have been reserved in two accommodation halls. Delegates may reserve rooms through the conference organization (via Dr Duffy / registration form) or independently through the Imperial College accommodation office (see below ). Rooms reserved via Dr Duffy are paid for by cash transfer or cheque made out to the PIRT Conference fund (see below ). Independent reservations made through Imperial College Accommodation Office are paid for directly to the Accommodation Office and do not concern the PIRT Conference organization.

The two halls offer the following prices per room per night inclusive of Value Added Tax and breakfast.:-

Single Standard room (no en-suite facilities) £ 30.67 per room per night
Single En-suite room £43.33 per room per night
Twin En-suite room £57.33 per room per night

The rooms in this block are not en-suite. Bath and toilet facilities are shared.

The prices quoted above are inclusive of tax (VAT) and include a full breakfast.
